These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Maury’s websites, applications, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, you may use the Services only with permission from a parent or legal guardian. You represent that you have the authority to agree to these Terms.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for providing accurate account information, keeping your credentials secure, and all activity that occurs through your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or restrict an account when reasonably necessary to protect the Services or other users.

Maury helps you save information and retrieve relevant context later. Features may change over time, and some features may be experimental, unavailable, or subject to additional terms.
4. AI-generated results
The Services may use automated or artificial-intelligence systems to organize information and generate responses. Results may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your situation. You are responsible for reviewing results before relying on them. The Services are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or other expert advice.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit to the Services. You grant Maury a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, reproduce, and use that content only as reasonably necessary to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Services and comply with law. You represent that you have the rights necessary to submit your content and permit this use.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use the Services to:
- Violate any law, regulation, or the rights of another person.
- Upload malicious code or interfere with the operation or security of the Services.
- Access accounts, systems, or data without authorization.
- Abuse, harass, threaten, exploit, or harm another person.
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code except where permitted by law.
- Use automated means to overload, scrape, or disrupt the Services.
- Misrepresent your identity or use the Services for fraud or deception.

The Services may include links to or integrations with third-party services. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies. Maury is not responsible for third-party services or content.
8. Maury’s intellectual property
The Services, including their software, design, branding, and other content provided by Maury, are owned by Maury or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you ownership of the Services or permission to use Maury’s trademarks except as necessary to use the Services.
9. Feedback
If you provide ideas or feedback, you grant us permission to use them without restriction or compensation. This does not grant us ownership of your other content.
10. Changes, suspension, and termination
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Services. You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk or legal exposure, or misuse the Services. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
11. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, or reliability. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so some exclusions may not apply to you.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Maury and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising from or related to the Services. Our total liability for claims relating to the Services will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid for the Services during the 12 months before the claim or one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100).
13. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Maury and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your content, your misuse of the Services, or your violation of these Terms or another person’s rights.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by applicable law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer-protection rights that cannot be waived under the laws that apply to you. Before filing a formal claim, you agree to contact us and attempt to resolve the dispute informally.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms and update the date above. If a change is material, we may provide additional notice where required. Continued use of the Services after revised Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of those Terms.
16. General terms
These Terms and any additional terms presented with a feature form the entire agreement between you and Maury concerning the Services. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them as part of a reorganization, merger, acquisition, or transfer of assets.
